Realistic + Unrealistic Weather.xml for gta 5
Includes:
Very very big waves on overcast (im Still working on it ill be trying to make it more realistic)
Dense rain on Thunder weather
And Many More!

Next i will upload my visualsettings.dat which has realistic effects such as better water reflections in night (Might need Proper Timecycle which i will release soon and many more features)
