This plugin makes the headlights and indicator lights flash while you have your siren on or you can toggle them with LControlKey + T without having your sirens on.

In the configuration file(.ini) you can change the modifier and toggle keys, if you can use it in all vehicle or if only on the emergency vehicles, the headlights brightness, and the time intervals of the headlights/indicator lights flashes, enable the strobe effect in the AI vehicles, etc.

-Drop Emergency Strobes.dll and Emergency Strobes.ini into Grand Theft Auto V\Plugins
