Description:
This mod allows you to execute an arrest on peds. First they will freeze and put their hands up which will be followed by an option to cuff them.
You can also drive them to the precinct and bring them to justice.

WARNING:
GTA V online is not supported.

Usage instruction: (PLEASE SEE THE VIDEO)

- Press 'F3' while AIMING at a PED / VEHICLE to make them freeze and raise their hands. (They will brake their vehicle and get out)
- Get close to the PED and press F3 to cuff him.
- Go to your car and the ped will automatically enter the back seat.
- Drive to the prompted waypoint to bring the ped to justice or set him free by pressing F3.

NOTES:
- You can release the ped by pressing F3 again while he is cuffed.
- A Ped can sometime resist arrest!
- If you get too far from the ped, he will first stop following you and later start to run away. (Also reset if the something went wrong)
- Currently only 1 precinct is available.
- To arrest hostile peds you must shoot them hurt damage first.
- To arrest hostile peds in vehicle you must damage their vehicle's engine first.
- Best gameplay with cop skin and police unit.
- MISSION PEDS CANNOT BE ARRESTED.

Controls:

Keyboard:
- 'F3' ( 'F3' + while aiming)

GAMEPAD:
- 'DPAD LEFT'

CAN BE CHANGED IN THE INI FILE

Known issues:

- Suspect's car may disappear sometimes.

- If a messages won't go away, just aim at a vehicle and press F3 to clear the message.
