Spontaneous Chaos

This mod adds some (more) chaos into GTA 5. Prepare for some destruction.

Features
- NPC and parked cars cannot drive above a certain speed.
- Damaged Cars fly into the sky.
- (inconsistent/wip) Planes and helicopters fall in your wake.

Note
There is still much work to do, but it should still be a good time.

Controls
Press NUMPAD_PLUS to toggle (deactivates on death)

Known Bugs
- You may want to avoid jumping out of your vehicle while the mod is activated.
- Car detection could still be improved

Install
- Ensure you have installed Script Hook V
- Place the .asi into your GTA 5 file
