This fix is contains only data and ymap files for mannual install. No original ViceCry or other mods. It allows to enable collision for ViceCry Remastered including compatibility with MP Maps for last updates of GTAV. Added dlc cars in traffic. Added airplanes and boats as new scenario to VC. Optional added to VC new car generators including some dlc vehicles.
But for that need a lot of requirings:

13) Making an 30 Fps Limit in EnbSeries or NVidia Panel 3D parametrs program settings for Gta5.exe (Recomended if you want stability with using other mods)
No compatible with any other map mods, carpacks that used popcycle.dat, popgroups.ymt, popzone.ipl, zonebind.ymt and sp-manifest.ymt files without mannual edit. So if you have mods this Fix may broke them. Cause of that need a clear gta.
Bugs:
- Sometimes all traffic in VC dissapear for a two minutes. Maybe it's just my system RAM limit.
- Popgroup scenario Veh-VC in popgroups.ymt isn't work, but this not a problem. Mid traffic spawns correctly in paths.

Thanks to Me (FreeUser) and other peoples for advice how enable map collision on forum GTA5 Mods. Also to Jamal (Razed Mods), Vice City Rage Classic Team, Dexyfex, F7YO, Cass, Alexander Blade, alloc8or, elcreador, Rechkunov, HKH191, Tanuki - all of them for creating good mods and tools!
