INFORMATION

1. Special Informations:
1.1 Activate "EMP Mode" & "Simple Blackout Mode" in Menyoo (Under 'Misc Options')
1.2 Deactivate "Vehicle Population" in Menyoo (Also under 'Misc Options')

2. Requires: Menyoo Trainer

3. Installation: GTAV directory -> menyooStuff -> Spooner
3.1 Ingame: Open Trainer -> Object Spooner -> Manage Saved Files -> (My Map) -> Load Placements
