With OpenIV, place the "rhapsody.ytd" file in: updatex64dlcpackspatchday1ngdlc.rpfx64txd_patches.rpf
Place the tuning files in: x64w.rpfdlcpacksmphipsterdlc.rpfx64levelsmphipstervehiclemodsrhapsody_mods.rpf
