With OpenIV, place the car files in: updatex64dlcpackspatchday1ngdlc.rpfx64levelsgta5vehicles.rpf
Place the tuning files in:
x64i.rpflevelsgta5vehiclemodsrapidgt_mods.rpf

Bugs:
- Low quality interior
- Windows don't get shot through
- There may be others...
