I modeled the pretty fun a car: Peel P50

How to install in ReadMe.

For now i don't add handling, stock is good for roads, but for mountains you need a custom handling.

Features:
- all like stock cars
- you can tuned, but without additional parts (becouse this car is no tuned in real and is too small)
- everything working good
- very fun suspension with three wheels
- 2 editions - panto and rhapsody, but you can replace for any car
- 2 sub-editions with USA's and europea's plates

So it takes 20MB becouse is 4 editions.
