Open OpenIV and browse to
update folder\x64\dlcpacks\patchday3ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Replace the files with the ones in my rar.

If the car doesn't have the correct color, just go to LS customs and change it.
