Clowning Around Remake (XML vehicle/Menyoo)

Remake of bigheads classic clowning around xml vehicle. Not all details are shown but most. I think you'll like this and definitely get some nice reactions driving around in this. This is for entertainment purposes. Much more objects added, may be final version or might improve later. This file originally got denied several months ago, not sure why as I seen 18+ content from other users approved. Hope the mods approve it this time,

. This is a XML file, first after downloading unzip it and move the XML file/files to your mod menus vehicles folder/xml vehicles folder. Some menus auto refesh if you add them into folder while in game. If you don't see them restart the game and try spawning the vehicle.
