Installation:
Go to: GTAV\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
Extract dlclist.xml and add this line:
dlcpacks:\ps13\
Go to: GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
and make a folder called ps13.
add the included dlc.rpf file
Spawn Name: PS13

Bugs:
No broken glass (maybe next update) No brake lights (on/off) just turn on on the night. Use vstance to edit suspension. ****
