1:Copy both 67shelbygt500 and shelbygt500w folders to
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
----------------------------------------------------------------
2:Use OpenIV to extract
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
then use notepad open it,add new line

dlcpacks:\67shelbygt500\
dlcpacks:\shelbygt500w\

Save it and use OpenIV to replace it.
