Replace police.ytd and vehshare.ytd to (mods)/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

Replace police3.ytd to (mods)/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday4ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf

I recommend you to change your in-game language to Russian on commandline.txt or GTAVLanguageSelect.exe (1.0.1290.1 update only)
