1. Copy crown210 folder to Grand Theft Auto Vupdatex64dlcpacks

OR if you are using mods folder:

Copy to Grand Theft Auto Vmodsupdatex64dlcpacks

2. In updateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml
(modsupdateupdate.rpfcommondatadlclist.xml)
add new line:

dlcpacks:crown210

SPAWN NAME: CROWN210

If you wanna chrome rims just replace files from folder "chrome rims" in /crown210/dlc.rpf/x64/vehicles.rpf
