i converted billy for ped and for
cutscenes(two times)
Facial animation not work when you spawn a ped with simple native trainer,i don't know why not work for all peds but facial animation work when you are playing missions with niko and roman and cutscenes.

Replaces: cutsprops,componentpeds,playerped.rpf


Replace all files in "cutscenes" folder in cutsprops.
PC/anim/cutsprops

Replace all files in "Ped" folder in componentpeds.you can replace with any ped

Replace all files in "reverse_bear_trap" folder in playerped.rpf
