This is a 2K retexture. I used the original blue jeans from Niko (lowr_diff_001_a_uni).

How to install
1. Open OpenIV
2. Navigate to Grand Theft Auto IV\pc\models\cdimages\playerped.rpf\
3. Replace the file from the ZIP.
