2. Path should look like or similar to this, C:\Users\Name\OneDrive\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA IV\Profiles\F4E9AA
3. Replace the SGTA files in the F4E folder or whatever it says for you with the ones you downloaded
4. Launch IV
