VCNG HeliPatch v1.1

First of all Thanks to Revolution Team who provide us The Real Definitive Edition of GTA Vice City

This small Patch Fixes some aircraft issues and adds new missing Helicopters

The patch includes:
Hunter with Shoot both canons and bullets
Sea Sparrow
Skimmer Plane

ScriptHookDotnet is Recommended

Features:
• Compatible with WeaponsPatch v1.4
• Hunter now Shoot both cannons and bullets
• Skimmer Plane with proper audio
• Sea Sparrow was also added in Diaz Mansion (You can get it from Hidden Package)
• New Hunter also updated in Hidden Package spawn
• Skimmer can float over water
• Now you can play Vigilante with the new Hunter

Installation:
Drag and drop all the stuff from the "Game Dir" folder to GTA VC Next Gen Directory
Select your desired sco
Use SparkIV or OpenIV to Drag all scos and drop it into common/data/cdimages/scripts.img
Use SparkIV or OpenIV to Drag and drop all wft and wtd into pc/models/cdimages/vehicles.img
Use SparkIV or OpenIV to Drag and drop e2_rocket wft and wtd into pc/models/cdimages/weapons.img
Don't forget to backup the original files
