IV_CE_OvertakeFix is a GTA IV script that improves vehicle stopping behavior when the player is stationary.
The script detects vehicles behind the player and temporarily stops them to prevent overtaking or erratic driving behavior.
It applies to both regular cars and larger trucks, adjusting detection parameters accordingly.
