GTA IV NOoSE "Cars" (NOose Vapid Stanier & NOoSE Mammoth Patriot) always seemed oddly coded due to the fact that normal LCPD Officer used these cars, and that these were rarely seen beyond the 3 star Wanted-Level.

This polished up version of my 1.0 IV NOoSE Remastered Mod (which was posted on GTA.Inside) aims to fix the issues listed below and adds well blended model variation together, thanks to a little bit of asset scouting in the files!



Issues and how they were fixed:

-Rare/short appearance of these cars -> thanks to a little script the NOoSE Stanier and Patriot spawn at all times when the player has a wanted-level from 3-6 (meaning they stay once the third star is triggered)

-Incorrect/unfitting Officers-> as mentioned in the intro, thanks to asset scouting in the files I've created my own "NOoSE Agents" which sport kevlar vests, bomber jackets, walkie talkies, and 3 different head models ripped from other ped models.



Loadout:

-Driver spawns with a glock as usual

-Passenger sports the pump shotgun as usual too

-Both Agents wear full armor acting as a balance between NOoSE Soldiers and normal Cops
