this graphic mod look like enb but it's not enb (just timecyc.dat file) and it works in all patches even the TBoGT and TLAD

1- Add bloom during the night

2- Enhanced fog

3- removed specular multiplier from sunny and sunny-windy weather (I forgot to remove it in the first release, but now I finally I remembered)

4- Enhanced ambient light 0 and 1
