The Improvement Project - IV

What's this?
A Mod which adds and replaces many things to improve your gameplay experience.

What has been added and what got replaced/changed?
A number of items has been changed and replaced.
- High Quality Roads. (Thanks to DKTronics70 and UncleDisco)
- Better Vegetations. (Thanks to DKTronics70)
- All the Pedestrians, Vehicles, Weapons, Sounds, GXT Entries, Ped Speeches, Ped Paths/Vehicle Paths, Radios and their Icons, Parachute, Interiors and much more what The Lost and The Damned & The Ballad of Gay Tony had has been ported to Base Game and is shared across all three games. (Thanks to Claude_III)
- Some of the Beta Weapons has been restored. (Thanks to Claude_III)
- High Quality Niko, Johnny and Luis with much more customization. (Thanks to dognuts)
- Improved Weapon Animations. (Thanks to BDawg)
- High Quality Vehicle Textures. (Thanks to Ash_735)
- Liveries for Law Enforcement Vehicles and some Civilian vehicles. (by me)
- High Quality Weapons. (Thanks to lenol03)
- Ped Blood damage texture. (by me)
- Increased Limits by Fastman92 and Zolika1351
- Diving, Side Activities by Zolika1351
- Working APC Cannon, and Explosive Shotgun by Zolika1351
- Working Parachute for IV and TLaD by Zolika1351
- Many GTA V Cars as Addon. (by me, converted by Thundersmacker)
- Many Weapons as Addon. (by me, and converted by me)
- Some Custom Peds but as Law Enforcement as addon. (by me)
- Changed Weapon Stats. (by me)

What version of game is required?
A Original Copy of either Patch 7 or 8. (If you got CE, then downgrade.)

Other Notes:
- A Clean installation of Patch 7 or 8.
- Delete your Saves and start a new game.
- If you get Collision Bugs then remove the colcache.dat, colcache_tlad.dat, colcache_tbogt.dat in root folder and load the game again.

NOTE:
im not adding anything new to the game. whatever i wanted to add has been added so all good.
before running the game, please
open GTA IV/DLC/TLAD/content/pc/audio/sfx and cut all three RPFs and paste them in GTA IV/pc/audio/sfx/
open GTA IV/DLC/TBOGT/content/pc/audio/sfx and cut all three RPFs and paste them in GTA IV/pc/audio/sfx/
