Touhou Loading Screens (with Remixed Music)

This mod replaces the default GTA IV loading screens with illustrations of the Touhou Project characters by artist Dairi. It also includes a ZUN-ified remix of the GTA IV theme song that I made in FL Studio.

The characters featured are: Remilia, Reimu, Alice, Sanae, Patchouli, Marisa, Cirno, Flandre, Reisen Fumo (Unused)

Changelog:
* Scaled Alice so she doesn't look stretched
* Added new RS/RSN/GTA logos
* Added new music for the logo splash screens
