Trofy's Euphoria Mod

When you start shooting people in GTA iv
you may feel they aren't so good at balancing
instead of collapsing into their self's after shooting their legs Now they have a big chance they can balance (their balance abilty get lower if their health is low)
and now fires will burn without making them fall on the ground
you can now see people burn while they are standing (still there is a chance for them to fall and they will also fall on the ground when their health is low)
