Put GTA.DAT & IMAGE.DAT in: GTA IV/common/data

STEP 2:

Put stel1 folder in: Grand Theft Auto/pc/data/maps

If you have already installed another map mods on your game, copy these lines to GTA.DAT

"IDE platform:/DATA/MAPS/STEL1/STEL1.IDE" (Аfter #map files "IDE line" )

"IPL platform:/DATA/MAPS/STEL1/STEL1.IPL" (Аfter #map files "IPL line" )


And this line to IMAGE.DAT

"platformimg:/data/maps/stel1/stel1 0"


And Put stel1 folder in: Grand Theft Auto/pc/data/maps.
