I usually try to keep my opinion about these kind of mods for myself, but after reading the description I felt it was necessary to express it.

What is exactly the point of this mod? As far as I know you can't play football in this game, not even with a script. You can barely do anything with this, other than take pictures, drive a bit on the field and walk between the stands. And the funniest part, you say is not even meant for most computers. I could understand that excuse if this mod was something huge and well made like stilldre's Route 66, but this is just some stadium probably ported from a football game (I guess) with very limited use considering the game's capabilities. Once again, what am I supposed to do with this in my game?

Me personally, i love soccer/football stadiums. The most mods that are made by me, are made because i personally like it. I always had an obsession with giant stadiums. It's a lot of fun for me to see some of my favorite stadiums, in my favorite game GTA.

So basically, this mod was first intended for my own personal use. But since people asked me for a public release, i uploaded it. Also, I put a lot of work in this mod. So why not releasing it?

I see your point - while I don't understand why you need the Houses of Parliament on Colony Island, I see that this has some practicality - perhaps you could screw around with a car on the pitch, pretend to play car football. I think this quite alright, honestly.
