*** PLEASE MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE MODIFYING YOUR GTA IV FILES ***

HOW TO INSTALL:

a) MAKE A BACKUP!.
b) Unrar/Unzip this file.
c) Start SparkIV and find your vehicle.img file located in ../pc/models/cdimages folder from your GTA IV/EFLC.
d) Click IMPORT button and select files "noose.wft" and "noose.wtd".
e) Click SAVE and REBUILD, close SparkIV.

With a text editor, make the following modifications:

a) In handling.dat:
