Mammoth Patriot v1.1

A more realistic patriot based off the hummer h2 with pickup rear extras, rear spare mount tire, roof rack and new front grill bar

-Bonnet: Grille fixed;
-All collisions fixed;
-Roof ok;
-SUT extra component collisions added and the rear window was added;
-Fixed the rear door (the extra dummy was not in the same position as the door dummy);
-Calculate applied in headlights;
-Hubs were larger;
- Geometric center revised (now it is possible to use the original handling of the Patriot).
