GTA Vice City BETA SWAT Mod

This mod adds the BETA SWAT Ped Model from the latest early PS2 BETA release into Vice City PC Version. It is an official Rockstar Asset, it is NOT fan-made. It replaces the SWAT ped. I learned how to port ped models in 3DS Max to create this.
