to install using modloader, put the models folder in modloader folder, then rename a skin's dff and txd to that of a ped/player ingame (e.g. to set osaka as player model, rename the osaka.dff and txd to player.dff and txd)
otherwise, you can use imgtool or txdworkshop to manually replace each character ingame.
