How I came about making this skin:

Ocean Beach is my favorite area of Vice City. The Dakota Hotel can be seen along this beach. This is the owner of this hotel! Dakota is a mean spirited guy by nature. He is very stern and strict, and as he gets older he gets more paranoid about everyone, paranoid enough to shoot them if if heels like he really has to. And he REALLY has to, with his SPAS 12 shotgun! He also tends to run people over in his purple Infernus. Why be paranoid about hitting someone with your car, when you can simply run them over with your car?!
