Modren Ocean View Hotel Room

Hey Guys,Its Spar X so here is a new Mod!!!
So this mod will change the OLD Ocean View Hotel Room to
a awesome Modren Ocean View Hotel Room
This one was little hard to do cause i had to use a lot of Textures to see
which one was the Best & This one is the Best of em all :D
