This mod will change the population to new shapes literally this mod will be one of the best mods I have worked on and the way to install all you have to do is decompress the file then go to the txd tool application then go to the pink file then go to android/data/com.rockstargames.gtavc/files/texdb then go to gta3hi.dxt go to the plus sign then press uncompressed with alpha go to download go to the folder that you decompressed then press ok that was all I hope you like this mod and thank you all
