All Peds Turn Hostile

This mod enables all the pedestrians to fight back when Tommy hits them. Even the non-aggressive pedestrians who usually run away would fight Tommy back.

This mod was manually tested and no bugs or errors were found.

Installation:
Just put the "pedstats" file into the data folder in your game. Enjoy!
