Tri-Rotor Drone

Replaces the helicopter toy with the three rotor drone from Splinter Cell Blacklist. It has its own sound (three versions to choose from) movement of the engine blades, damage (siren four versions to choose from), explosion, new barrel textures.
Replace sound with gta3audio.exe in sfx.RAW. Attention when replacing the sound window (line) Unknown 2 put -1 (minus 1) so that the sound (rotor noise) does not jam in the game.
New dynamite texture, fixed issue with missing clock on dynamite (original had empty white texture).
