Slow Time

This script allows you to slow down time.
Management: Activation / Deactivation - ё (~) tilde, SLOW ON / OFF will be written at the top, which means that it is turned on and off.
Installation: Copy the file slow.cs to GTA Vice City / CLEO, copy the file slow.fxt to GTA Vice City / CLEO / CLEO_TEXT
