Plasma Gun

Installation:
Extract to CLEO folder.

Usage:
Type "PLASMA" to activate/deactivate the Plasma Gun.

Controls
LMB : fire
RMB : charge

The plasma gun produces a dense ball of highly concentrated ionised gas.
Most properties of this Plasma ball depend on its charge.
After being fired, its charge decays over time

Properties
Attracted by matter and is drawn to peds and vehicles.
Repels matter and will fling stuff swirling into the air.
Damages vehicles and sets people on fire.
