Back to the Future Hill Valley Load Screen Mod V2

This mod adds a Back to the Future Hill Valley Load Screen image into Vice City. It replaces the default load screen image of the Vice City artwork. This was made to compliment the Vice City modification called "Back to the Future: Hill Valley v0.2g".
