This is a little island map between docks and marina. The road goes to it from marina.
I created it in 2014 so i named it as Nouman City 2014. this is the version1, i wanted to update it but my exams are near and i shall not be modding for 1/5 month. So i give you permission to update it in 50 days of its release. Update should be uploaded to gtainside or to moddb.Com because i have some mods uploaded there and i have an account there, my name on moddb.Com is NoumanEjazAwan, you will have to be my friend..

Now after this mod's first release, i am working on my another project '2015 Myriad Islands' for Grand Theft Auto - Vice City. I am using the old logos of police and swat and also other departments' logos. i'll try to make a thread for this project on moddb.com and i'll make a 'Nouman Myriad Team' that will present you the new cities for vice city. Maybe from time-to-time i'll convert this map into other gta games.
If the textures of some place of map doesn't display, then you'll have to decompress all the textures of ncity_main.Txd.
I have put many .rar and .Zip files in the main zip file to make its size lesser and easily be downloaded on low powered internet connections.
When you modify it, please send me its screenshots. You'll also have to credit me in your updated edition. Thanks for downloading.. I'll wait for your response.
