Doom E1M1 map v1.1

Doom E1M1 map conversion for Vice City. Not perfect, but works.
You need to start a new game if you fail. Couldn't make it restart automatically without game breaking bugs.
A more polished version.

Changes:
- Enemy variety
- Only nearby enemies are alerted
- Nukage damage sound
- Money pickup actually gives money
- Hard mode
