A:
I removed them because the rounds and barbed wire use opacity/transparency map,
which is inapplicable for weapons in San Andreas.

Installation
1. Use IMG Tools (or others) to open "gta3.img"
2. Search "minigun.dff" and "minigun.txd"
3. Replace with the one in downloaded archive
4. Rebuild archive
