It is a genuine masterpiece, made by a renowned craftsman in Gehenna, that Makoto got to demonstrate her authority. However, Makoto herself prefers to give orders from the back rather than appear on the front, so she rarely actually uses it.

Update: fix weapon angle and holding position for both slot.

Seen to like no one make this, so I do it myself, and this is a first time to make sniper.
Replace Level Action or Sniper Rifle in 2 slot, including HUD icon, and weapon data for both slot.
