WDP 4

The EMD GT46PAC or WDP-4 is a passenger-hauling diesel-electric locomotive with AC electric transmission designed by General Motors
Electro-Motive Division and built by both GM-EMD and under license by Diesel Locomotive Works (DLW) of Varanasi, India for Indian Railways
as their classes WDP-4, WDP-4B and WDP-4D.

If Any one able to make this file glow like other file then make. i tried in Zmodeler 2. and in 3ds max studio. but fail.
Few changes made in vertices then glow like lights. no idea how to do that any suggestion let me know from your experience.

DFF:- this whole file was build by Riba.
