The mod is a conversion of all the female drivers from Flatout 2 and Flatout: Ultimate Carnage. Both the models and the textures are original, taken directly from the game. RedBaronFromTheUG was responsible for the extraction. The tool used for the extraction is BFS2pack and the people responsible for creating it were Karok and Gulbroz.
All skins replace pedestrians in GTA SA and can also be used through the Skin Selector. Read the instruction files carefully to install the skins correctly.
Below is a detailed list with the names of each driver and the pedestrians they replace:
Jill Richards — dwfylc2 (ID: 201)
Katie Jackson — wfybu (ID: 150)
Lei Bing — ofyst (ID: 56)
Player — wfyst (ID: 93)

Sofia Martinez — hfyst (ID: 41)
