This time from an American Tank Crewman...
This model has some small errors in the foot...
This model is referenced to a tank crew Sergeant...
Installation:
Put the .dff and .txd files in gta3.img or modloader (Modloader is better for putting the skin)
So with this said you can now enjoy your skin
