Since this modification affects only the upper half of the body it shouldn't change your walk style; works if you're crouching.

The final pose may not always be the same (realistic). If you're not satisfied, just switch to another weapon and back until you like what you see.

Activation:

Select the weapon (pick it up if you don't have it at, for example, the entrance of San Fierro Medical Center) gun_cane by pressing Q/E or using mouse wheel.
