thankyu for suggestion my next ped anims will be fast then this and try this 2nd Anim this is almost same and walk anim is fast in this anim like normal DL link:-

unzip and copy ped.ifp and paste in
Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/anim/HERE
and other file paste in
Android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/data/Here
if no folder there then create a new folder and rename it 'Anim"
