-set some weather from cleo menu now...

### Installation :
Just copy set weather.csi and set weather.fxt to
android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/(here).
Play your game and open cleo menu.

Its not fix lol I try first time work out in game back try someting more set weater sea all and game stop 3time going in game just press active weater ga crash stooped dash
