This is an Improved Visual Settings for Low PC. After lots of Customization, I finally found the best settings to Improve GTA SA Gameplay without Dropping a Significant FPS.

This Mod Includes:
- Improved Particle
- Improved Timecyc, and Realistic Night
- Smooth Reflection, Perfect for Low PC
- Realistic Blood
- Check by your self
